About Entertaiment
The act of entertaining; anything that provides enjoyment or amusement. The word derives from the Medieval Latin intertenere, a compound of the prefix inter, meaning “inside,” and tenere, a form of the Indo-European root ten, which means to stretch. It also comes from the Old French entretenement.

It can be positive or negative, arousing or boring, as long as it is not harmful or below human dignity. Familiar forms of entertainment have the capacity to cross multiple media and to have a seemingly unlimited potential for creative remix, which has ensured their longevity.
